A database and CRM that finds the Australian companies worth calling, ranks them on real evidence, and shows its work. Not an AI that guesses: the score is a calculation you can read line by line, and every company traces back to a public source.

Not a guessing machine

Fixed weights, explainable reason codes, the same answer every time. No model deciding in the dark.

Public data only

A company’s own pages and official registers, read by a bot that names itself - HypaBaseBot - through a fail-closed RFC 9309 robots engine: if the rules can’t be read, it doesn’t crawl. No bought lists, nothing behind a login.

Self-verifying

Every signal carries a source, a quote and a date. Evidence is re-checked on a schedule and ages out when it goes stale.

Closed and controlled

Invite-only, with row-level tenant isolation, PII redaction at the boundary and a full audit trail.

It doesn’t teach itself. That’s the point.

The weights are fixed and versioned: the same evidence always gives the same score, and a recalibration is a reviewed change - never a model quietly drifting. What changes is the evidence. Pages are re-crawled on a schedule, and stale signals decay.

No model in the score today. When there is, you’ll know.

The Hypa ML pipeline is built, tested and armed. It trains only once reps have recorded enough verdicts, and its proposals go live through a human promotion - never on their own. One optional AI step reads public pages for contact details (budget-capped, PII-redacted, non-AI fallback). It never touches the score.

Under the hood

Read

An honest crawler, HypaBaseBot, reads a company’s own public pages and official registers. It names itself, blocks private hosts, never spoofs a browser - and its robots engine fails closed: if the rules can’t be read, it doesn’t crawl.

Enrich

Official APIs - Brave Search and the ABN register - find the site, verify the legal entity behind it and add context. Bought and licensed feeds are off by default.

Audit + rank

A deterministic engine turns evidence into a reason-coded score, matches a freight persona and runs a 10-check qualification gate. Everything is re-checked on a schedule; anything stale ages out.

Learn

Reps verdict every lead, with a blind slice that keeps feedback un-anchored. HypaLoop turns verdicts into evidence-backed re-weighting proposals; Hypa ML stands built and armed. Nothing activates without a human promotion.

Row-level tenant isolation: one client’s data can never be read by another. An outbound allowlist: the engine reaches cleared hosts and nothing else. Secret scanning hard-fails the build; end-to-end tests and design + architecture gates run on every commit; the crawler identifies itself and reads only public data. The learning layer can only propose - every weight change is versioned, evaluated against a holdout, and promoted by a human, with one kill switch back to pure deterministic ranking.

30 live adapters feed a deterministic scorer, a qualification gate, a self-verifying loop and HypaLoop, the human-promoted learning loop, straight into the HypaBase CRM - 7,241 records imported in a single overnight run. Blue lines carry the data; green lines carry the human-governed trust loop. Swipe across it - or on a desktop, drag any node and it springs back.

Accept, reject, worth calling - one keystroke on the review queue. A blind slice hides the score, so feedback is never anchored to it.

    Some ownership signals, some gaps. Worth a look.

    Someone else controls the freight for now. Lower priority.

Everyone else ranks lower, but stays in play.

A lead only reaches you when the fit, the evidence and the ownership line up, and after it clears your suppression list. Anything we haven’t crawled yet shows as Potential, never a false Hot.
